It is 100 riyals paid by the new employer, and the purpose is to check the new employer’s eligibility to transfer the services of a domestic worker to them.

Yes, the fees paid through the Musaned platform will be refunded to the new employer, and will be transferred to the account number registered on the new employer’s profile page. Some bank charges will be deducted, if any.
